How do I play downloaded videos?

In order to play downloaded movies, you will require a media player which supports the type of video we offer.   Here is a breakdown of media players and which video file types that they support.

When you download on of our movies it will be in MP4 format. The filename will end in “.mp4” depending on your computer's settings. This MP4 file has been encoded using the H.264 standard and is the best codec available to give you high quality video and reasonable file size.
