Cancelling Your Subscription

· You may cancel at any time by going to the unsubscribe page. http://www.customerhelponline.com/tools/cancel_subscription.php

Locate Account

· Hint: Using your email and user name will be the fastest way to locate your account.

· Note: You will be able to login and access the site until your billing cycle has been completed. For example: If you signed up on March 15th for a monthly membership and canceled on March 20th , you will still have access until 30 days after March 15th, which should be April 13th.

 

· If your subscription has already been canceled, you will see this when you locate your account.

 

Cancel Subscription

· It’s also possible that your membership was canceled and the database hasn’t synched up – you will receive an error when trying to cancel your membership “Membership already canceled”

Don’t worry this is a good thing.
